Lower Pencubitt Cottages are ideally situated to enjoy the abundance of fabulous places in Cornwall to explore. From walking, cycling, surfing, rock pooling, relaxing on the beach, golfing, visiting stately homes and wonderful gardens - there is something for everyone.

The bustling market town of Liskeard is a short distance from Lower Pencubitt. A 30 minute drive takes the visitor to the centre of Plymouth, with its modern shopping malls, historic Barbican and the renowned National Marine Aquarium.

The charming fishing villages of Looe and Polperro with their sandy beaches and fishing and sightseeing boat trips are a short drive from Lower Pencubitt. Looe can also be reached along a picturesque branch line by train from Liskeard station.

Bodmin Moor and the Dartmoor National Park are also within easy reach offering miles of beautiful moorland, mining heritage and prehistoric stone circles and remains for the walker or cyclist to explore.

Lower Pencubitt is conveniently located just a short distance from the A38 and A390 roads, providing easy access to the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and many more historic houses and gardens.
