• The Eden Project and the renowned Lost Gardens of Heligan are just a 30 minute drive from Lower Pencubitt.
• Mount Edgcumbe House and Country Park with its Orangery, Italian Garden and spectacular views over Plymouth Sound is a fascinating place to visit.
• Antony House (National Trust), film location for the blockbuster, Alice in Wonderland, is a fine Queen Anne building in lovely landscape gardens with sweeping views.
• Port Eliot House and Gardens, a Grade 1 Listed house, park and gardens offers a lovely day out for visitors and is dog friendly.
