We just spent Christmas here with my sister and her family (The Kirkpatricks) and it was so lovely. The children really enjoyed the pool more than their Christmas presents ! Everything was clean, warm and cosy, and both cottages were decorated for Christmas. Ali and Paul provided everything from towels and bits in the kitchen to high chair, cots , a basket of wood for the log burner,even got a Christmas present on arrival, was such a lovely week we didn't want to leave! Liskeard was in easy walking distance even for the younger children and there was plenty to do. Thank you for a great experience and holiday.

We had a great break here, everything was spotless with all the essential amenities. Nice and secluded but it is just up the lane to Liskeard. Really enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub for a nice bit of relaxation after being out and about during our week's stay. I highly recommend this cottage and we will definitely be back again.

Absolutely delightful place to stay perfect hosts cottage was perfect really well equipped kitchen with an amazing cooker a pleasure to cook on,and pool and hot tub made our stay extra special even provided pool towels for us, a perfect base to explore more of Cornwall, everything was a really high Standard highly recommend staying here

We are currently staying at this superb location. Ali & Paul who own this little gold mine, we now consider part of our family. If your looking for a quiet location with two self catering cottages, fully equipped to a high standard. Then this is the place for you. With an added bonus of a large heated swimming pool & hot tub. We shall return.

What a lovely cottage ! The hosts were fantastic and thought of lots of little extras in the cottage to make our stay easier and enjoyable. The pool and hot tub was fabulous and great on days when you want to relax and chill. The cottage is ideally located in a quiet area but close to the town of Liskeard and it's amenities and is a perfect base to explore Cornwall. We would highly recommend this property to any future guests.

We spent a wonderful week at Bramble cottage - the pool is fantastic, the cottage had a beautiful brand new kitchen, it was spotlessly clean and really well equipped. Ali was very helpful and welcoming. I really couldnt recommend it enough.

Just returned from a weeks getaway, and wow! What a lovely little place. Ali and Paul the owners are so caring and considerate, and anyone can tell they work their socks off to look after the cottages and the beautiful scenery that goes with it. Most comfy and homely cottage I’ve ever stayed in! Definitely will be returning next year.

The cottage was lovely, had all the essentials and more, location is perfect for exploring Cornwall and the lovely beaches and villages. It was very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was perfect and the children loved it.

Cosy and comfortable cottage in a beautiful complex. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. Lovely, friendly hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Handy location, under an hour to Newquay, just over an hour to St Ives. Pool was a fantastic asset (especially on rainy days) and squeaky clean. A lovely base to explore Cornwall from, very highly recommend.

Have just got home from an amazing holiday in Cornwall, staying at Ali & Paul's beautiful Bramble Cottage. From the moment we arrived we were made so welcome, we were given a lovely hamper & told to treat our cottage & their grounds like our own. Paul & Ali are truly passionate about their business & they provide a home from home. They work hard to provide an exceptional service & to ensure everyone's stay is perfect. We have had a fabulous holiday & were sad to leave but will be back without a doubt. Would recommend staying here to anyone wanting to visit Cornwall.

Another fabulous holiday. Ali and Paul are so welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. The cottage very clean and homely. Pool and spa brilliant. The welcome box is so good, the homemade cake and bread delicious. Would definitely recommend coming.

Simply wonderful stay. The cottage is beautifully well equipped with so many little extra touches that show how much thought and consideration has gone into the properties. This is reflective of the wonderful hosts Paul and Ali who from the warmest of welcomes to the last day goodbye were so attentive and probably two of the most genuine hosts we have ever come across. It is clear to all that they are passionate about making your holiday a special one. The location is great with so much to explore locally such as Looe and Polperro and then so much more all within an hour such as Padstow and Mawgan Porth - a real gem of a beach. I cannot recommend this enough, as i said to being with a simply wonderful stay.

This was our second stay in Bramble cottage and we were so impressed with the improvements Paul and Ali have made, especially the new En-suite and sofas. It is a lovely cottage and there is absolutely everything there you could need to have a great holiday. The cottage and pool are immaculate. The welcome box and little extras ,better than we’ve had anywhere. Paul and Ali are the perfect hosts offering suggestions of places to visit and eat. I would highly recommend these cottages!!

The owners of the cottages have made a great effort to make the cottages feel like home with every detail covered. The wonderful gesture at the beginning surely makes one know that the stay will be great. The Hot Tub & Swimming pool can be enjoyed by all young and old rain or shine what if he is a great bonus. We have had a brilliant stay during the week and we all thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. Thank you from all of us. Would definitely recommend to others.

We booked for next year on our second day.We had a brilliant stay,Little Barn felt like home the minute we walked in.Ali and Paul thought of everything, the pool was amazing very clean. Just returned from an amazing stay at Lower Pencubitt! Perfect get away for families. A home from home with an indoor pool and hot tub as a nice bonus! Ali and Paul made us feel very welcome, we very much enjoyed the welcome hamper - the chocolate brownies were delicious and the fizz went down nicely! Perfect location for exploring the local area and sites! We are looking forward to returning!

We're back for our 2nd visit and we're staying in Bramble - oh boy it's huge. Bedrooms are beautifully decorated - in fact the whole cottage is very tastefully decorated. The indoor pool & hot tub are still the best for me - Ali & Paul are such lovely people - always ready to do anything for you. This is just the perfect place to enjoy your holiday. We shall be back yet again in May 2018 - can't wait that long so shall book again in between.

Excellent! Perfect cottage, perfect grounds, perfect pool & perfect location. The cottage was great for our family holiday, wonderfully equipped and private. The other cottage on site is not visible so very isolated. The Pool and Hot Tub are truly great, huge pool and very warm and the Hot Tub is luxury. The location is excellent for exploring all of Cornwall and Devon. Ali and Paul are truly lovely people who couldn’t do enough to make you feel at home - stop searching and book here now

Perfect holiday home, very well equipped, the pool was fab and really clean. Only had to share with one other family, and pretty much had it to ourselves every time we used it. Received a lovely welcome box with some essentials and a few goodies which was a really nice touch

Our stay was lovely. Ali and Paul made sure we had everything needed. Its not often the owners live on site but this can only be a benefit. A welcome basket of goodies and home baking with a personalised message was lovely to find on the table on arrival. The pool and hot tub a welcome addition and great for the kids when it was wet. Bramble cottage was finished to a lovely standard and everything thought of, even clingfilm, herbs, spices and ketchup! We have booked to come back next year.

The cottage is absolutely spotless, everything you need, the welcome pack was a surprise, the whole place is beautiful, the heated pool and the hot-tub are just perfect. The shower room is lovely & warm - in fact the whole place is just perfect for a relaxing everything you need for a holiday. I didn't want to come home.

We just wanted to say thank you for a great holiday at littlebarn. You’d thought of everything right down to the travel games for the kids and the most very extensive welcome pack. Just had another holiday in Bramble cottge as usual perfect peace and quiet in a rural setting ,the new hosts set a high standard with the facilities of the pool, and the cottage ,we have been several times and will continue to come , our stay was perfect and the weather just right we have no complaints at all

We've just enjoyed a wonderful holday at Little Barn. The new owners Paul and Ali made us feel so welcome from the start - and Ali's welcome hamper, complete with homemade bread, brownies and fruit cake, epitomises the extent of their generosity and thoughtfulness. The cottage was cosy, clean and comfortable, and we all loved the indoor swimming pool - a holiday highlight for our young daughters. We look forward to returning very soon.

Just returned from a short stay in Bramble Cottage. The accommodation is superb, the best holiday cottage I've stayed in, very spacious and tasteful. The main bedroom having an en suite bathroom is a welcome luxury. Little touches added by the new owners really make it feel like home from home. Nothing is too much trouble for Paul and Ali; they are excellent hosts! The weather was not kind to us - but it didn't matter - we had a great time and look forward to a return trip later this year. We are recommending Lower Pencubitt to all our friends and family!

Well equipped, cosy, quality accommodation in good location for exploring this area of Cornwall. Ali & Paul, the new owners, were friendly & welcoming without being intrusive. Generous welcome box included homemade bread & cake - much appreciated after a long journey. Little Barn met all our expectations and more! Indoor pool a bonus which made up for the wet weather during our stay. We will return....!

Stayed for 3 weeks, could have stayed for the whole summer. Lovely accommodation & facilities, beautiful setting, conveniently located. Graham & Kay are very welcoming and go the extra mile to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. Can't rate it highly enough.

Thank you very much for our wonderful stay in both your cottages.Everything provided even down to shower Gel and hand soap. The pool and hot tub were great to unwind after days out, the boys now have webbed feet. A fab time was had by all of us and cant't wait to come back again next year

One word sums up this lovely hideaway, idyllic ! The cottage surpassed our expectations and is very well equipped. So many thoughtful extras were gladly received. We often asked Kay and Graham for advice on where to go and what to see and they always came up trumps. All in all a wonderful week and first holiday for little Zac. We will definatley see you again. Had a lovely stay in this beautiful cottage. Loved everything about the stay including the welcome treats, hot tub and we even loved the bread bin! Our daughter loved the bunny rabbits that made regular appearances in the meadow. You don't get that in London !

A very warm welcome from the owners, Graham & Kay with lovely scones and treats. The weather was not kind but we still went out and about in this lovely part of Cornwall. The cottage is lovely and cosy at the end of the day.

This holiday let is in a very peaceful setting. The accommodation is of a very high standard. The outside seating area set in a lovely enclosed garden was sunny from early morning to late evening. The pool was available for a full 12 hours every day and kept immaculate. We are really looking forward to being able to stay here again. A lovely holiday!
