Prices include all bedding (duvets), towels, kitchen starter pack, first barrow of logs, oil fired central heating, use of pool and hot tub, cot by arrangement.

As stated in our terms and conditions, in the event of a cancellation, we will endeavour to re-let the property but if this is not possible, the person having paid the non refundable deposit remains liable for the balance of the holiday.

Therefore, we strongly advise guests to take out holiday cancellation insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
